Job Summary

This role as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician is central to maintaining and continually improving product quality standards within the production process. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing essential chemical and physical analyses on both raw materials and finished goods. The technician is responsible for creating and meticulously maintaining all required test protocols and documentation. They will work closely with the Production and Quality Management teams to ensure strict adherence to quality guidelines, and they will support the department by participating in process audits and developing new test methodologies. To succeed, candidates must possess completed vocational training as a Laboratory Technician, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or equivalent, coupled with initial professional experience in quality assurance or a laboratory setting. Required skills include expertise in chemical analysis, strong documentation practices, and a high degree of diligence and reliability. The position offers a permanent contract, flexible shifts, and a supportive team environment.
