Job Summary
This role is for a dynamic IT Support Technician to join a growing, medium-sized IT system house based in Großenlüder, Hesse. The primary responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level IT support, including the acceptance and processing of customer inquiries, troubleshooting incidents, and executing fault analysis and resolution. The technician will also be responsible for the installation, setup, and configuration of IT end devices, monitoring the network infrastructure, and performing general system administration tasks. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable degree, along with practical experience in IT administration and industrial user support. Essential technical knowledge covers Microsoft Client-Server environments, Active Directory, Office 365, virtualization, and networking.
