Job Summary
This full-time role involves leading the Building Services team at the Lindenparkschule, a specialized education and counseling center serving approximately 300 students. The manager is responsible for the operational readiness of 8 campus buildings, including school facilities, dormitories, a sports hall, and a swimming pool. Daily tasks include managing staff schedules, delegating maintenance tasks, ensuring strict compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations, and coordinating fire protection measures and evacuation drills. A core function is the operational management and monitoring of all complex technical systems, such as HVAC, sanitary facilities, security technology, and electrical installations, including appliance testing and minor repairs. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman/Foreman certification in Electrical Engineering, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and employ a cooperative leadership style. The position requires readiness for on-call duty and winter service, offering a diverse role within the public sector.
