Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an international family company specializing in high-precision plastic injection molding and assemblies for the Industrial and MedTech sectors. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT inquiries and disruptions, responsible for logging, localizing, isolating, and resolving user issues. Key daily activities include documenting processes and fixes, performing installations and maintenance on PC workstations, and executing maintenance tasks on various IT components under the guidance of specialized staff. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT education, excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, and practical experience with Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11). This position requires strong team collaboration, flexibility, and an open, communicative personality.
