Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary management of the Electrical Engineering team, consisting of approximately 14 employees specializing in electrical design (EPLAN), PLC/NC programming, and software commissioning. The Team Leader will be responsible for planning and controlling electrical team projects, reporting directly to Technical Management and the Executive Board. Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless collaboration with adjacent departments such as Mechanical Engineering, IT, Sales, and Service. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, possesses experience in NC/PLC programming for machine tools, and is familiar with control systems like Siemens, Heidenhain, or Beckhoff. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and excellent German and English proficiency are essential for success in this international environment, which includes occasional international business travel to customers and technology partners.
