Team Leader, Electronics Manufacturing | Elektrotechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to lead and manage the Electronics Manufacturing team in Wedel, near Hamburg. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of approximately 15 employees across key production areas, including Surface-Mount Device (SMD), Through-Hole Technology (THT) assembly, Conformal Coating, and the testing field. Day-to-day activities involve planning, controlling, and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure high quality, adherence to deadlines, and overall efficiency. A critical focus is placed on identifying and actively implementing process improvements, particularly utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies, in close collaboration with Industrial Engineering and Quality Assurance. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, preferably in Electronics, coupled with extensive professional experience in electronics manufacturing and a minimum of five years of hands-on leadership experience.
