Job Summary
This permanent position as an Electrical Specialist, available full-time or part-time (min. 25 hours), involves managing the electrical infrastructure of municipal buildings in Thalmässing. The core responsibilities include the independent execution of recurring safety inspections (VDE/DGUV), comprehensive troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various facilities like schools and administrative offices. The role also requires contributing to building modernization projects and overseeing external service providers. Candidates must possess a completed professional apprenticeship as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, coupled with fundamental knowledge of electrical testing regulations. Experience in technical facility management is advantageous. Success in this role demands a reliable, structured, and self-reliant working approach, along with a Class B driving license and proficiency in standard EDV programs like MS Office.
