Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Site Manager for Electrical Engineering projects to oversee installations primarily within building services, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Bremen region. Day-to-day responsibilities involve meticulous planning of installation deployment, leading diverse teams including internal staff, apprentices, and external personnel, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and maintaining site safety regulations. A key component of the role is financial oversight, including preparing measurements for billing (quantity surveying) and managing change orders (Nachtragsmanagement), alongside leading essential site meetings. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Electronician and significant professional experience in construction management for electrical projects. Knowledge of VDE norms, safety protocols, and general project management techniques is essential, coupled with strong organizational skills and assertiveness.
