Job Summary

As the Head of QA Shopfloor at a growing pharmaceutical company, you will lead the QA Shopfloor and QA Batch Record Review teams across two locations, managing a total of 10 employees. Your role involves strategic planning support, maintaining and developing the Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance with national and international pharmaceutical regulations such as AMG, AMWHV, EU-GMP guidelines, MDR, and CFR Title 21. You will be responsible for overseeing the valid operation of quality-relevant systems, evaluating deviations, and driving process improvements while adhering to GMP standards. This position requires strong leadership, a scientific background, and a commitment to improving patient quality of life through rigorous quality assurance.
