Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized Project Lead Engineer to manage the end-to-end implementation of new or modified electro-technical products into production across multiple German locations. The core responsibility involves ensuring project requirements are met regarding deadlines, costs, quality, and process reliability. Day-to-day tasks include defining and updating project requirements, detailed planning of the product introduction process—including prototyping and pre-series production—project controlling, and comprehensive documentation. The successful candidate must possess a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and bring at least five years of experience leading complex projects and teams within electro-technical value chains. Proficiency in project management methodologies and systems (e.g., MS Project) is essential.
