Job Summary

This role involves working as a Clinical Research Specialist within the chemical industry, focusing heavily on quality assurance and complaint management related to medical devices, particularly in transfusion medicine and cell therapy. Day-to-day responsibilities include logging customer complaints via SAP, processing complaint samples, conducting thorough investigations to determine root causes, and creating detailed English documentation and statistical reports using the SAP-P94 system. You will actively support Research & Development projects by performing necessary laboratory work, measurements, quality controls, and assisting with the validation and verification of new medical products and devices. Furthermore, the specialist develops and executes test methods using human blood in areas like autotransfusion and plasma donation. Effective communication in both German and English is crucial for coordinating with internal colleagues, design centers, and market units globally, requiring participation in English-speaking meetings. The ideal candidate brings a background in medical or biological fields and professional experience in complaint handling within the medical device sector.
