This role seeks a highly motivated Production Group Leader specializing in Wet Coating and Coil Coating processes at the Unna production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily leadership of the production team, serving as the primary shop floor contact, and ensuring smooth operational flow through meticulous planning and coordination. A core focus of the position is achieving critical business objectives, maintaining stringent quality standards, and guaranteeing compliance with ergonomic and occupational safety requirements. Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably in Chemistry or Paint Chemistry, coupled with proven leadership expertise and a strong interest in efficiency development, ideally utilizing Lean Management tools.
