A core focus will be ensuring efficient implementation of requirements, adhering to high standards of architecture and security, and fostering a future-proof application landscape utilizing CI/CD and modularization. You will also manage external partners, resources, and departmental budgets. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in software architecture, Clean Code, and Java-based Open Source stacks (like Spring Boot and Quarkus), combined with empathetic leadership and strong communication skills.
