Job Summary

This role involves working as a Pharmaceutical Packaging Operator for Roche Diagnostics, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. The primary responsibilities center on the meticulous operation and maintenance of packaging lines. Day-to-day tasks include performing cleaning and line clearance procedures to prevent contamination, ensuring seamless documentation within the MES system, and actively operating the lines by feeding packaging materials and monitoring the automated process. The operator is also responsible for recording production orders in MES/LCS, identifying materials via scanner, handling simple machine malfunctions (documented in OEE), and preparing finished pallets. Candidates must possess completed vocational training (non-specialized), initial experience in a packaging environment, and a license for pedestrian-controlled industrial trucks. The position requires strong reliability, teamwork skills, and a commitment to shift work, offering an indefinite contract with a major industry player.
