Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the daily maintenance operations within the Electrical Engineering department at the Hamburg/Harburg oil works. Key responsibilities include planning, controlling, and monitoring routine maintenance tasks, as well as executing specialized projects such as plant shutdowns. The Team Leader is also responsible for ensuring strict adherence to quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection regulations. Successful candidates must possess advanced vocational training (Master Craftsman or Technician) in Electrical Engineering and demonstrated experience in industrial plant maintenance. Furthermore, proven experience in leadership, planning, and work preparation is essential.
