Job Summary
This role is crucial for strengthening Germany's infrastructure in digitalization, mobility, and urban development by focusing on electrical planning for transformer substations and renewable energy projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conceptualizing planning documents, creating detailed specifications for medium and low-voltage electrical systems (including emergency power), and dimensioning key components like transformers and switchgear. The designer will utilize E-CAD software to produce circuit diagrams and layout plans, ensuring smooth project execution in collaboration with internal and external partners. Candidates must possess practical experience in substation planning, familiarity with relevant MV/LV norms, and either an Electrical Engineering degree or a Technician/Master Electrician qualification.
