Job Summary

This role as a Project Management Officer places you within an internationally successful pharmaceutical company, focused on ensuring project success through rigorous control and reporting mechanisms. You will independently coordinate and apply tool-supported project management methodologies, manage project parameters to ensure portfolio-level transparency, and actively support resource planning within IT systems. A key aspect of the job involves organizing critical status and decision-making committees, preparing high-quality, decision-relevant project documentation and presentations, and driving change and communication initiatives. To qualify, you must possess a Master's degree in Engineering or IT, coupled with several years of professional experience, ideally including multi-year experience leading complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools like Jira and Power Apps is mandatory. This position is initially fixed-term until June 2026 and offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 2-3 days remote work after the initial on-site training period in Biberach.
