The professional will manage projects through all phases of the German Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), from initial concept (Phase 1) through construction supervision and documentation (Phase 9). Key responsibilities include construction management, quality control, scheduling, and providing technical consultation during site inspections and building assessments. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering or a technician qualification in building services engineering or electrical engineering, coupled with at least two years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in building technology, regulatory frameworks (DIN, VOB A-C, HOAI), and proficiency in CAD and calculation software are essential.
