Job Summary

This fixed-term role (1.5 years) seeks a motivated Specialist to manage materials and data within a globally leading trade fair company. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive data management across dedicated inventory systems and SAP, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of material data. Day-to-day tasks include performing data-driven material analysis, monitoring warehouse processes, controlling the product assortment, and actively contributing to cost-saving initiatives. The specialist will also be responsible for creating detailed cost calculations based on specifications and adjusting material conditions as needed. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology (or equivalent vocational training) and initial professional experience in material administration. Success requires strong negotiation skills, excellent MS Office proficiency, and fluent written and spoken English.
