Job Summary

This key role requires an engaged professional to manage the strategic and operational implementation and continuous development of data security and data protection within a large social welfare organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring strict compliance with legal frameworks (especially GDPR and BDSG), developing and monitoring internal security policies, and executing Data Protection Impact Assessments and comprehensive risk analyses. The manager will serve as the primary consultant, providing training and guidance to various departments on all data protection matters, while collaborating closely with IT and executive management. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Law, along with fundamental knowledge of relevant data protection laws and IT security standards. Professional experience in data protection, information security, or IT compliance is mandatory.
