Job Summary

This crucial role involves managing the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, clients, and peripherals, for a major European specialty steel warehouse. The administrator will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and rigorous maintenance of the company's IT systems and network, ensuring robust data security and integrity across the organization. A core function includes administering the infrastructure and providing essential 1st and 2nd-level support to colleagues. Successful candidates must bring a completed vocational qualification in System Integration or an equivalent certification, coupled with professional experience and deep knowledge of network technology, Windows Server/Client administration, and IT security principles. Ideal candidates will also have practical experience with M365, Cloud environments, VMWare virtualization, VEEAM backups, and Sophos Firewalls.
