Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced 2nd Level IT Administrator to manage and optimize critical server and storage infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAN/NAS storage systems, alongside the comprehensive management of physical Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies. A key focus is the administration and optimization of virtual server landscapes using VMware ESXi, involving VM deployment, scaling, and complex troubleshooting of performance and capacity issues. Candidates must also implement robust security measures, including access controls and patch management, and execute reliable backup and recovery procedures, preferably utilizing Veeam. This position requires a minimum of three years of relevant administration experience and strong competencies in network architecture, offering a permanent contract and a challenging environment focused on system integration and security awareness.
