Job Summary

As the Team Leader for the Electrical Department, you will spearhead a team within an innovative metal industry company. Your daily responsibilities will involve overseeing and developing the electrical workshop team, ensuring all electrical tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. You will conduct electrical inspections, quality assurance, and perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance on electrical systems. A key part of your role will also be modernizing and advancing existing systems and processes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for testing, documenting, and functionally checking switchgear and control cabinets, as well as handling building installations, all while maintaining close communication with other departments.
