Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Development Engineer to assume technical responsibility for the product development of High Voltage components for a client in Niedernhall. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and executing dedicated sub-projects, creating detailed technical specifications (Lastenhefte) while adhering to technical requirements management, and defining precise technical requirements for production processes. You will be responsible for creating block diagrams and electrical schematics necessary for the design. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Energy Technology, possesses fluent German and good English skills, and ideally brings at least three years of professional development experience. Success in this role requires a structured, independent work style and strong communication skills. This position offers a long-term assignment with the strong possibility of permanent takeover by the client, supported by attractive, above-tariff compensation.
