Job Summary
The City of Pforzheim is seeking a CAFM System Administrator to join its Building Management team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and strategic advancement of the CAFM software, ensuring its efficient implementation. Key responsibilities include managing the integration of building management processes into the CAFM system through professional project management, from installation to ongoing optimization of software modules. You will also manage the test environment, maintain CAFM master data, and conduct user training. This position acts as a super-admin and key-user, serving as the primary technical contact for the CAFM software and liaising with software vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field, coupled with experience in CAFM systems, databases, and process/project management.
