Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Process Expert focusing on Test Data Management (TDM), specifically supporting the "TRACe" software application. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently handling support tasks, defining and testing responsible Business Scenarios within TRACe, especially after software updates, and updating associated documentation. The expert will also actively contribute to global innovation and optimization projects within the TDM environment, aiming for efficiency gains and improved data quality. A key component of the role is planning and conducting training sessions and workshops for TRACe users, alongside creating and maintaining process, system, and user documentation. Candidates should possess a technical university degree or equivalent qualification, professional experience in data management, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with the willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
