Job Summary

This role is centered on leading and coordinating complex system integration projects focused on network digitalization for a communal energy service provider committed to sustainable action and climate neutrality. The Project Manager will be responsible for program leadership of digitalization initiatives, including the planning and implementation of innovation pilots, and supporting project portfolio management for the technical division. A key component involves analyzing value creation fields and developing cooperation approaches with network operators and industry partners, requiring frequent presentations and participation in specialized committees. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Network Digitalization, coupled with several years of professional experience in project management, network operation, and IT system integration. Candidates must hold a certified Project Manager qualification and possess expertise in network automation and process management, along with proficiency in SAP and MS Office. The position offers a highly flexible 38-hour work week, mobile work options up to three days per week, and extensive opportunities for professional development.
