Job Summary

This expert role involves the comprehensive planning, realization, and management of new construction and complex conversion projects for telecommunication sites nationwide. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing existing site documentation and static assessments for usability, developing site-specific utility connection concepts (EVU), and leading the project management for their successful realization. The expert is responsible for ensuring cost and time adherence, managing public approval procedures, and guaranteeing compliance with technical, legal (Baurecht, HOAI, VOB), and specific regulations during all planning and construction phases. Key qualifications include a completed technical degree in fields like Civil or Electrical Engineering, strong project management skills, and proficiency in relevant building codes. The ideal candidate must also possess experience in the technical marketing of mobile communication sites and be adaptable to various process environments, ensuring the successful expansion of critical infrastructure.
