This role seeks an experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated, high-priority technical assistance to VIP clients at the Executive Board level of a major end-customer (Bayer AG). Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT support tickets within defined Service Levels, performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) procedures, and executing hardware repairs, exchanges, and restorations. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining meticulous inventory and asset data, documenting knowledge base articles, and proactively implementing preventative and corrective measures to ensure system stability. The ideal candidate must hold a recognized IT vocational qualification, possess proven experience supporting VIP customers, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and stress resistance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience with standard hardware and Windows operating systems
  • Experience identifying and implementing preventative and corrective measures for system stability
  • Experience processing IT support tickets within agreed Service Levels
