Job Summary

This dynamic role involves joining a mobile customer service team, offering variety, independence, and the daily application of technical expertise directly at customer sites. The primary responsibilities include the independent diagnosis and repair of large household appliances such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and stoves. You will also be responsible for the commissioning and functional testing of new devices, providing on-site technical consultation to customers, and meticulously documenting all completed work. Key prerequisites include a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and a mandatory Class B driver's license. Experience working with White Goods or in a customer service environment is beneficial.
