Head of Output Management Systems | Informatiker/in (Weiterbildung)

Job Summary

This senior role involves leading the disciplinary and organizational functions of a cross-functional DevOps team responsible for the stability and further development of Output Management Systems. The systems support Austria's largest transaction printing facility, placing the incumbent at the forefront of B2B digital services within the secure corporate environment of the Austrian Post AG. Key daily tasks include planning, creating, and prioritizing product backlogs, leading major projects, and overseeing development progress, including defining the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). The Head acts as the primary technical contact for Sales, Product Management, and Production, managing stakeholder interests and technical feasibility. Candidates must possess a completed technical degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, extensive experience in team leadership, and practical experience as a Product Owner, ideally coupled with Scrum Master knowledge. Experience in digital printing or Output Management products (Compart, Quadient) is highly desirable. This position offers flexible and remote work options, a fair and supportive team environment, and a competitive all-in annual salary starting at a minimum of €95,000, plus a company car.
