Job Summary

This role involves supporting the introduction of new cements and concrete admixtures while managing customer complaints. The Chemical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory and plant trials using new cement formulations and performing regular quality controls on concrete raw materials. A key component of the job is the meticulous documentation and evaluation of test results using standard software programs, alongside the maintenance and monitoring of laboratory, testing, and measuring equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship or high school diploma, technical understanding, and practical experience, preferably with knowledge of concrete production. Strong MS Office skills and a Class B driving license are required, coupled with independence, teamwork, and commitment, making this a varied and responsible position in a supportive, long-term environment.
