Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position seeks an IT Support Specialist to join a client team, offering a competitive salary up to €40,000 and long-term stability. The role focuses heavily on providing comprehensive first and second-level IT support, both remotely and on-site. Daily responsibilities include actively troubleshooting and resolving a variety of IT issues, managing support requests efficiently using a ticketing system, and meticulously documenting all resolved cases. Key technical requirements include proven expertise in the Windows environment, strong foundational knowledge of IT support methodologies, and familiarity with the IMACD lifecycle (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission). Candidates must have a relevant technical or IT qualification and possess fluent German language skills, along with the ability to obtain SÜ2 security clearance. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated IT professional looking for an onsite role with intensive training.
