Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to join an international automotive service provider in Mainz, focusing on sales and marketing controlling. The Junior BI Controller will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing standardized KPI reporting crucial for steering management, marketing, and sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and preparing data for calculating commissions, vendor rebates, and sales incentives, working closely with Sales and Controlling departments. The role requires generating regular reports for internal departments and external partners (like Stellantis B2B). Key qualifications include a degree in Business Administration or relevant commercial experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP. This position offers a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies, a competitive salary (€55,000 - €67,000 p.a.), flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and a significant 50% home office option.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field; alternatively, commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in the Controlling area (if applicant holds a commercial vocational training)
- Initial knowledge in using BI tools (advantageous)
