This role is ideal for an IT professional passionate about technology and solving complex technical challenges. As an IT Project Service Technician, you will be crucial in optimizing client workflows through the intelligent deployment of modern IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive inventories of existing client IT infrastructure and processes, developing technical concepts in close collaboration with the sales team, and independently managing and executing IT projects from initiation to successful completion. Projects are handled both on-site at the customer location and via remote maintenance. A key function is thorough project documentation and seamless handover to the First Level Support team for ongoing customer care. The ideal candidate possesses completed technical training, professional experience, and strong knowledge of common server and network technologies.
