Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Technical Inside Sales Specialist in Stuttgart to manage critical administrative and customer-facing aspects of the sales cycle. The primary responsibilities include accurately creating and processing customer orders using SAP, providing specialized advice and support to trade customers (Handwerkskunden), and efficiently managing all incoming reclamations and complaints. A key function involves close collaboration with the Field Sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
