Job Summary

This role places you within the strauss.ECM team, where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital workflows and archiving processes utilizing the ELO ECM Suite. As an Inhouse Consultant, your daily tasks will involve collaborating closely with internal departments to analyze their requirements, describe use cases and user stories, and develop tailored solution concepts. You will coordinate implementation with external service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality through comprehensive software testing, including interface and acceptance tests. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and supporting the ECM Product Owner in expanding the solution portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field, coupled with a strong technical understanding and process knowledge.
