Job Summary

This role acts as a crucial interface between customers and technical departments within a leading automotive validation and consulting firm. The coordinator, based at the Mönchengladbach Logistics Hub, is responsible for managing the entire intake process for new projects and orders. Daily tasks involve coordinating project arrivals, accurately registering delivered parts and scopes into internal systems, ensuring all necessary information is prepared for subsequent processing, and performing plausibility checks on incoming deliveries. A key responsibility is monitoring adherence to delivery schedules, ensuring timely project initiation, and serving as the primary internal and external contact person. Candidates must possess completed technical or scientific vocational training (such as a Laboratory Technician or Automotive Mechatronics Technician) and demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical understanding of materials and components, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Initial experience in a laboratory environment or handling sample materials for automotive testing is highly beneficial.
