Job Summary

This role is for a structured team player with a keen eye for processes and a knack for SAP, specifically within the WM module. The successful candidate will act as the primary SAP contact for operations, providing expert support to colleagues. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and optimizing processes, developing concepts, and documenting SAP workflows to enhance efficiency. The role also includes complex error analysis, interface monitoring to ensure smooth IT system communication, and test management with quality assurance for new process introductions. Additionally, the Key User will conduct SAP training, offer user support, and actively drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to actively shape and optimize processes within a dynamic, agile environment.
