Job Summary

This IT Specialist role offers a dynamic opportunity to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of an internal IT infrastructure for a leading European fire protection systems manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, managing the BI system, and developing detailed BI reports. A key aspect of the role involves overseeing IT and control systems like DATEV and IFS, and leading IT projects from planning through to completion, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Additionally, the specialist will manage the overall IT infrastructure, including telephony and networks, create and update documentation, and provide essential 1st level support. This position is ideal for someone with strong Windows environment expertise, BI reporting experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to IT management.
