Job Summary

As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and evaluating existing complaint-related processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing complaint cases using the 8D method, meticulously documenting them in 8D reports, and initiating root cause analyses to prevent future RMA and production issues. You will collaborate closely with various departments, review and initially assess returned complaint devices, and contribute to developing effective corrective actions.
