Job Summary
As a Process Optimization Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing technological processes within a high-tech, innovative company. Your daily tasks will involve preparing, coordinating, and overseeing experiments designed to optimize technologies, working closely with expert teams. You will ensure seamless integration of various experiments into the production control system, manage the provision of necessary recipes and programs, and track experiment execution. A key part of your role will be coordinating engineering activities with development engineers and assisting in the analysis of test and measurement results. The ultimate goal is to translate insights from these experiments into sustainable improvements within the production workflow. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in engineering or natural sciences, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of semiconductor processes, looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor) in Engineering or Natural Sciences (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science) or comparable technical education
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable technical role (if no university degree)
- Professional experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
