Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT professional to lead a Service Management team, ensuring smooth IT service operations and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage process owners for key service processes like Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management, while also monitoring KPIs and SLAs to optimize service quality. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments, external service providers, and customers to deliver effective, customer-centric service. You will actively contribute to the strategic direction and development of the IT Service department, leveraging your leadership and ITIL expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management
- Ideally, leadership experience
- Profound knowledge of ITIL (at least ITIL Foundation, ideally ITIL 4)
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
