Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Purchasing Administrator to independently manage procurement disposition within an international setting. You will be responsible for ensuring defined availability and delivery targets are met by efficiently handling the entire ordering process, including invoice control and backlog management. A key aspect of the role involves active communication—both written and verbal—with international suppliers and internal branches. Furthermore, you will contribute to quality management by supporting supplier evaluation and creating necessary statistical analyses and reports. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of professional experience in purchasing, complemented by a commercial background and excellent proficiency in MS Office tools. This position offers the chance to work autonomously and precisely while utilizing your very good German and English skills in a vital operational capacity.
