Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the Reliability and Lifespan Test Laboratory within the Engineering Competence Center, driving product verification and validation to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance for V-ZUG products. This crucial role involves the disciplinary and technical management of a team of five employees, requiring the coordination of tasks, setting priorities, and fostering continuous professional development. A key responsibility is ensuring all testing processes including setup, execution, evaluation, and documentation adhere strictly to defined quality standards. The Team Lead works closely with stakeholders across preliminary, product, and series development, as well as quality management, and is responsible for the laboratory's technical infrastructure and safety management. Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with proven leadership experience in a laboratory setting focused on reliability and endurance testing. Excellent German and good English skills are essential for success in this role.
