Job Summary

The successful applicant will join a collaborative technical team dedicated to research and innovation, serving as a key technical lead and reference point for Microsoft Intune and Azure environments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling escalated technical incidents (Level 2 and 3 support), optimizing and administering the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including desktop management, MDM, cloud resource security, and system administration. A crucial part of the role is automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash, documenting procedures, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This position is attractive as it offers the opportunity to take a technical lead role on system optimization and major Azure/Intune projects, working closely with the infrastructure manager in a dynamic environment focused on technical excellence. Candidates must possess solid technical training, several years of relevant experience, and strong diagnostic and scripting skills.
