As a Senior Operational Process Excellence Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating efficient, lean, and future-proof processes within BFS health finance, a specialist in financial services for the healthcare sector. Your daily activities will involve coordinating and steering cross-departmental improvement projects to optimize the entire value chain. You'll analyze processes using Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies, leveraging data analysis tools and statistics to measure performance and quantify potential improvements. A key part of your role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders and IT teams to seamlessly implement improvement measures and foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively involving employees in change processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in relevant industries such as financial services, insurance, consulting, or healthcare
- Successfully led improvement projects with cross-departmental impact and demonstrable benefits

- Location in Dortmund, Germany with 80% mobile working option within Germany. Potential to work up to 30 days from other EU countries after approval. Strong communication skills and confident demeanor required.
