Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in the commissioning of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems for Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG in Forchheim. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical, timely, and economical execution of on-site HVDC system commissioning. Key tasks include integrating and functionally testing HVDC control technology (C&P hardware and software), developing and executing test procedures for converter and pole control systems, and conducting workshop tests with sub-suppliers. The position also involves supporting commissioning management in quality, risk, and claim management, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
