This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and coordination for professional partners, such as electricians. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as a primary technical contact, scheduling and coordinating service appointments, preparing repair and maintenance quotes, and overseeing partner installations. The specialist will also conduct webinars and training sessions, meticulously document work, and collaborate closely with 1st Level Support, sales, and assembly teams.
