Job Summary

This role is for an Electronics Technician specializing in interconnection systems and cable manufacturing, working for a defense industry group in Kassel, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of simple to complex cables and assemblies, adhering to technical drawings, bills of materials, and work plans. Key tasks include stripping wires, heat shrinking, soldering/crimping contacts, assembling connectors, and performing repairs and quality checks. The position requires a completed apprenticeship as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or comparable experience in industrial cable manufacturing. A strong understanding of technical documentation, teamwork, and a meticulous, quality-conscious work ethic are essential. This is a full-time position with a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, offering a long-term assignment with potential for permanent employment.
